Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile game Gully Gangs: Street Cricket ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download or use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to download and use the Game. If you are under the legal age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content within the Game—including but not limited to graphics, characters, gameplay mechanics, sound, music, trademarks, and logos—is the property of 5th Ocean Studio Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Game without our written consent.

4. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment only. You may not use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from us.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or any unauthorized software to gain advantage in the Game
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or any abusive behavior within the Game
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the Game’s infrastructure or third-party integrations
• Violate any applicable laws or platform policies (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store)

6. In-Game Advertising

The Game may display third-party advertisements via platforms such as Google AdMob. These ads are subject to the privacy policies of the respective providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party advertisers.

7. Data and Privacy

We do not collect personally identifiable information directly through the Game. However, third-party services such as Firebase and AdMob may collect anonymized technical and device-level data. Use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains our data practices in detail.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Game’s availability, functionality, or performance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5th Ocean Studio Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, without prior notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other disruptive behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
